Ujwal Kunte

Founder and Managing Director

Ujwal Kunte is a Civil Engineer from MIT College Pune along with an MBA from Pune’s prestigious Symbiosis Institute of Business Management. After briefly working with Afcons as Design Engineer he decided to study management. Ujwal was always intrigued by Concrete Technology and established Durocrete Pvt. Ltd. in Pune in 1995. Durocrete Pvt. Ltd. is a leading Material Testing and Geo Engineering Company in western India which is accredited by National Accreditation Board of Laboratories under Dept. of Science and Technology, since 2007.

Vivek Gadgil

Director

Vivek Bhaskar Gadgil is the 1971 Civil Engineering topper from the erstwhile Marathwada University. He started his career as a site engineer at Engineering Construction Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of the construction giant, Larsen & Tuobro, now known as L&T Constructions.

With a penchant for hard work. Vivek quickly rose up the corporate ladder at L&T Construction to become the Senior Vice President. From here he was directly appointed as the Chief Executive & Managing Director for L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Ltd. Currently he is the Director at CORA Pvt. Ltd

With a rich experience of 44 years. Vivek brings with him superlative project management & HR skills. He has shrewd business acumen and is a quintessential leader. An eloquent extempore orator. Vivek speaks on varied topics at leading Educational Institutes. Business Schools and diverse Professional Forums

Walid K. Awad

Chairman, CQRA

Walid Awad joined CQRA in 2019 as Chairman after over 10 years in the construction sector and a distinguished career in government contracts and the private sector. Walid was elected Chairman of the Board in 2020.

Throughout his career, Walid gained significant experience managing complex contracts. He directed and managed subcontract operations with a focus on compliance, quality control, construction management, project interruption, and rush replacements. He has extensive expertise in claims and contracts administration.

Walid began his career in 2008 at the Louis Berger Group SAS, where he was in charge of claims review in Central Africa. He then worked as a Civil Engineer on Federal contracts in the United States with Kiewit Corporation. In 2010, he was employed by the Saudi Binladin Group as Project Engineer where he became Manager of the railway contract of the King AbdulAziz International Airport development project. In 2017, Walid joined Bombardier Inc. in South East Asia, where he worked as Civil Engineer on the Bangkok urban railway upgrade project. He resigned in the same year to join ACTS Group.

Haytham Wehbe

Group Head of Finance Department / Director, CQRA

Haytham having a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Saint-Joseph University (USJ). He has a certificate in Financial Regulations from Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) and a Certificate as International Mergers & acquisition Expert from the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA).

Haytham began his career as Head of Unit at Fransabank. He then worked as Head of Internal Audit at Cedrus Invest Bank before joining Jubaili Agrotec in Nigeria with the same capacity. In 2015, he came back to Lebanon to join Group ACTS and hold the position of Group Head of Finance Department.
