
Ujwal established CQRA Private Limited in 2004 as a third party inspection body focused on improving quality and safety standards of construction projects. He developed first 10 point rating scale for quality and safety in construction.
Ujwal Kunte is a Civil Engineer from MIT College Pune along with an MBA from Pune’s prestigious Symbiosis Institute of Business Management. After briefly working with Afcons as Design Engineer he decided to study management. Ujwal was always intrigued by Concrete Technology and established Durocrete Pvt. Ltd. in 1995 a leading Material Testing and Geo Engineering Company in India.

Khaled Awad, is the Chairman and Founder of ACTS, a material testing and geotechnical consulting firm based in Beirut, Lebanon, and operating in Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, India, Rwanda, and several other countries of the Middle East and Africa. He is the immediate past president of the American Concrete Institute (ACI) and an active member of ACI, serving on Certification Programs Committee, International Advisory Committee, ACI Board Committee Chairs Committee, and the International Certification Subcommittee, of which he is a past chair, and was a Trustee of the ACI Foundation. He is also a member of many ACI technical committees and received the ACI Henry L. Kennedy Award in 2007.

He has a certificate in Financial Regulations from Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) and a Certificate as International Mergers & acquisition Expert from the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA).
Haytham began his career as Head of Unit at Fransabank. He then worked as Head of Internal Audit at Cedrus Invest Bank before joining Jubaili Agrotec in Nigeria with the same capacity. In 2015, he came back to Lebanon to join Group ACTS and hold the position of Group Head of Finance Department.
