Pre Budget

Ujwal Kunte, Our Founder and MD CQRA, championed the need for improved Quality Control in the Real Estate sector in the run-up to the 2025 Union Budget that was tabled on Feb 1st. Considering the exponential rise in infrastructure projects in the country, he has called for mandating Inherent Defect Insurance (IDI Policy) by the Government for critical projects and, encourage its adoption to improve the quality of infrastructure being built.
