CQRA Audit Team periodically Inspects the quality of work by method of sampling. Q- assure software generates non conformities based on the frequency of the occurrence and impact. Every quarter evaluation is done to verify rectifications and closure of non conformities.
CQRA issues Quality Conformance Certificate (QCC) to the project every quarter after overall quality of the project meets the basic quality score of 7 and Satisfactory closure of non conformities identified in the inspection report.
The Quality Conformance Certificate is issued based on inspections carried out at site during the period of certification by method of random sampling . The quality of construction is assessed based on physical inspections, witness of field tests, documentary evidence of third-party tests and manufacturers test certificates provided by the client. It is representative of overall quality achieved by the client at the project. It does not signify a zero defect construction.
Quality Conformance Certificate does not include statutory compliances, contractual obligations of client and validity of designs. The certificate is valid only for the period mentioned in the certificate. No third party liability is undertaken by CQRA for the certificate provided.
