4. Fire safety inspection of buildings as per NBC for residential , mercantile , educational,  industrial storage of hazardous materials

5. Quantity verification against work done

6. Verification of extra & deviated items

7. Material Reconciliation

8. Verification of material inventories / store inspection

9. Vendor Inspection – Basic metals, Fabricated metal products, Machine and Equipment, Electrical and Optical Equipment
